Exploration station has a specific area called today town just for the babies! Everyone of your age group has something that will entertain them. Your thirteen year old specifically should enjoy the engineering room where they will be challenged too create using magnet blocks complete with instructions on different things to build.
There is a small section for toddlers to play in. I would say 4 to 10 years enjoy it the most
My grandson had his 4th birthday party there I don't know about toddlers there is some small toys that can play with, but you got a lot of people walking around I don't know about 13 year olds
