I have hear it is open. Great place to go and just watch the water while a cool breeze blows. Last 2 times I went it was so peaceful just watching families walk. It was refreshing after being shut in. If there are a large group of people, please practice social distances.

I went last weekend and there were other people there. There are no sign saying closed to the public

To my knowledge there is no fishing or swimming allowed at the park...they have staff patrolling the area in a truck and they are telling people they aren't allowed to fish there
