Update: I’ve upped my review to 4 stars as the district person took care of this as soon as I posted the review below. Thank you for finally resolving this issue. Dylan in the local store was also most helpful! I bought an iPhone 12 mini in March, 2022. Within a day I knew it wasn’t what I needed so asked about exchanging it. I was told that is an option for a small fee. I retuned the 12 for a 13 pro max. Now corporate AT&T is charging me $660 for the 12 mini saying they never received it. Where’s that phone? Come on local- fix this problem! You have the phone. I am told Toni, the local manager is only one who can fix it. Toni, please fix this. You have the phone.
