Very disappointed. I bid on an item and won. I was billed for that item, but received something that no one would want. Apparently, the item I purchased was shipped to someone else. They claimed to try to reach the other party, but were unsuccessful. Of course, I have no way of knowing for sure. They were quick to refund my purchase and shipping costs. However, I’m stuck with an item I don’t want and without the item I won. I realize that mistakes happen, but I don’t know how they let this happen. If the wrong person did receive my purchase and was unwilling to return it, they should not be allowed to register for future auctions. As for me, that’ll not be an issue.

One of our favorite auctions. Local. They are like good friendly people. But I miss the live auctions, where you can really get into the feel of the bidding. It can be fun and addicting.
