Two weeks ago when our family member moved into Brookdale New Bern, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Since then they have readily responded to our questions and have come up with solutions. Our family is pleased with how the Brookdale New Bern staff demonstrates a commitment to the health and well-being of all of their residents.

Our community is not a secure memory care community. We have assisted living at our location. There are other Brookdale's nearby that have memory care as their offerings though. Check out the website by clicking this link brookdale.com.
