When I arrived was greeted by Yardie and he told me what dock to back into. Had to wear a vest, slide tandem, turn truck off and wait by the dock. They had 2 chairs for you to sit down, but no AC. I arrived 2 hours early for my appointment and they took me early. I was out off there in 30minutes...they can have all the rules they like with that service...everyone was nice....awesome place...ty. ty..

Is there anywhere close by for over night parking? Will they unload you if you arrived at 10 p.m. with a 9 a.m. ? arriving 11 hours early
