I bought a cartridge yesterday and I've been trying to use it. Its burnt away some of the oil but I don't feel any effects. I think its faulty, will they replace it if I have the receipt?

As long as you have your receipt I don't think you'll have an issue. They always take care of the patients.

Yes as long as you have your receipt,it has not been 7 days and the cartridge is still half full.
