Relatively good experience until the os&d phase. 8 cases refused for damage and they put them in the nose of the trailer. They had multiple excuses over the next hr as to why they couldn't move the pallet to the tail. Why would you put a small pallet of refused product in the nose, which makes it difficult for any parties involved to handle it unless on another dock?

Two stars because guard shack was super nice and they have restroom other than that check in girl was hella rude..no manners at all.3hrs + unloading.

Very professional,very efficient,in the dock and out of there in less than 90 minutes. Even the guard was very professional and polite. Oh and the lady at check in was very nice.
