Why is Sam's gas Addison dupage county always more expensive than Sam's gas nothlake Cook county. Right now 19 cents more in dupage (lower taxes) than Sam's in Cook county. Price gouging?

I have found that not to be the case. Last month, I filled up at Addison (dupage) then 1/2 hour later passed the Streamwood club (cook). Addison was 10 cents cheaper, across the board, at virtually the same time.

I didn't know that was happening! 😱
