I went in today,and Stephanie helped me...explained everything very thoroughly to me,step by step,I didn't leave until I made sure all paperwork was complete..she assisted me and spoke with me with such patience and kindness,even with the most simple questions she she explained to me,took her time,went beyond in explaining so I can get a better understanding of the process,anytime I need help future wise I would go in person and ask for her instead of anyone else.!such a awesome person !!
