Little far to walk and recommend you take Uber or Lyft there
I believe it's about a 4 mile walk. We stayed at MGM Grand when we went. We would've walked back to the hotel but didn't want to cut dinner too close so we grabbed at cab at Stratosphere.
15 min bus ride
The bus stops on the corner of LVB and Charleston and it's about a 2 block walk East from there. That's the cheapest (but not the fastest) way
