Do I have to purchase tickets online to reserve a spot on a tour or is it better to buy in person. I'm heading our to Vegas on the 21st and plan to see the museum on the 23

Buy your tickets at the door and save a few bucks. Buying your tickets online won't reserve a special start time for you or provide a"fast pass" around the entry line. Have fun! The Haunted Museum is AMAZING!!!!

Get them at the door. Always space available and you could always see about discounts for vets and locals.

I would buy my tickets so I made sure I had a slot at that time. I bought mine at the gate but had I known I was going I would have purchased them before I left

I purchased tickets online before going. We planed over a month in advance, and were traveling from the East coast, there was no way we wanted to take a chance of not being able to get in on the day we were going to be in town.Purchacing online guaranteed my daughter, and my self a spot. We still had to fill out the liability form as soon as we arrived. They have you complete the liability form outside. You then wait with the group the door man puts you in. Once they are ready for your group to go in, everyone goes to the ticket booth, thoese with online purchased tickets, and thoese that still need to buy in person. When I got up to the box office, I had stated we purchased 2 tickets online, the lady just asked for my last name, found our tickets, and we were set. When purchasing in person each person needs to show id.
