Great location near the strip, full kitchen as usual with residence inn, great place for work or pleasure in Las Vegas

Stayed at this property on our way to the Rose Bowl. It was very busy because of another Bowl Game taking place a block away. The front desk staff were friendly, competent and professional in a somewhat chaotic lobby atmosphere. Our room was ready and clean. We struggled to get our TV to work and one of the gentlemen from the front desk came to assist us. His name was Damion and he was kind, professional and helpful. We were able to get the TV to work. When I went to tip him for his help, he refused and said our satisfaction was what was important. I learned that they were short staffed, that he had already worked a 12 hour day and he stayed late to assist us. In this strange time of employee shortages, it was nice to see the culture of professionalism at this particular site. I would recommend this property if you are in the Vegas area. Close to the airport. Close to the strip.

Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and modern kitchen amenities. I was upgraded to a 2 Bedroom suite with my Ambassador status and was pleasantly surprised. While I did not make use of the 2nd bedroom (I traveled by myself), the room felt like a proper home-away-from-home. Understanding the class of hotel this is (Residence/mid-tier/extended stay), it suited my needs nicely with a nice view of the strip and proximity to both work and the upcoming Raiders stadium and airport. The only issue I encountered during my week stay was a broken/underfilled shower gel in my 1 of 2 bedroom's bathroom - I asked front desk to have this fixed twice. **NO RESORT FEES** and $10/day parking - much nicer stay than staying directly on the strip (ie: Westin, which is $37 Resort Fees + $17/self parking/day). I only interacted with the front desk/lobby once in my stay (check in) and was pleasantly greeted and acknowledged with my status. If I need to return for work in Las Vegas, I will be returning to this hotel and will recommend it to other coworkers as well.

Overall my stay was uneventful, but I wished I had chosen another Marriott property or something entirely different from this location off of Dean Martin. The breakfast was subpar, the pool was a bit dirty... but nice design and overall layout clean and kept up around it’s perimeter. My 2 bedroom suite was ok. Not spectacular for spending the amount I did (paid in advance) but doable. I stayed in the A building and was placed next to a resident that left a dog in the room... it felt like all day- he barked constantly! It just made our stay somewhat unbearable- the staff overall was pretty solid when it came to bringing up towels and such, but you could tell their Housekeeping did the bare minimum because you could see dust on the headboard and other particles that you noticed the day before that were untouched, but beds would be made and new towels put out, etc. When I checked out, I noticed an almost $40 charge- when I called to inquire about it, I spoke with the manager on duty, Andrew. He was a bit snotty from the get go- apparently it’s an additional fee for upgraded Internet speed... I explained that I never authorized it... I told him, however that my son may have entered my last name and room number without my knowledge- before I could even say anything about taking the L at this point because I now knew what the fee was (fee also included parking) he said in a very snide way- as his parent you would’ve still been responsible whether you knew or not (paraphrased) but, I’m going to just reverse the charges. At that point, I’m just done with the whole thing- I think this facility can use a few tweaks... like the elevator and room ambiance, etc.
