I wasn't aware of any 5 year lease. I wouldn't ever sign one as such. Who knows where, what, I will be doing in 1 week let Alone year by year. I would check with a Legal adviser or show them a copy of your lease for validity.
There are homes for sale daily as they price the seniors right out of there homes with no where to go. The office is never open for questions or answers as the management has been on vacation since they hired this team and same with there grounds keepers never around . The park is depreciating and butchers. It just comes to show the management cant manage a commercial property or her crew if there is a crew to take care of the grounds. They just dont care and there has never been so many homes for sale at once like they are now and she dont know why ? So she wants to lock you in a 5 yr lease to slow down the turn over instead of making changes for the better of the park. We have a rule book facts that cant be altered or changed and needs to be inforced as exspected as we all know what the rules are except the management as shes the biggest rule breaker as does not enforce any that pertain to the law of this land. But wants to bark out her rules nobody knows , that only apply to some
