I just moved in here, one reason I looked at this park is, that I felt it was well kept up. Lots of trees and small parks for my dog. Clean wide streets and lights at nite. So far I have no complaints with area or management 6 months later. Only, did want to see more homes forsale during purchase.

Bring your boxing gloves. You will need them as the management condones other residents to assaulted you, threaten ,harassing you and let's thugs carry weapons as your out for a peaceful walk and the police are here constantly. As the management thinks there patrolling the park. Why would you need that in a senior park ? Alot has changed in the past three years including management and lock your cars as senior citizens are car theifs to. They come in all colors and sizes an d lack attention . There disrespectful to there neighbors. Sounds like just pure trailer trash to me. Hillbilly. You will know em when you see em. Good luck ?

The Park is a mess, property not kept up. Grass not mowed, tree branches fallen, and can be a danger to grand kids. This 55+Park has 53, age thief, young adults owners of homes living in the park, teenagers living in some homes. Very, very, large dogs, when 2 small dogs are the limit. Manager harass some of the elderly people, especially if they don't use employees they approve. Management let's the thugs take over. Thank you TerryAnn

I wasn't aware of any 5 year lease. I wouldn't ever sign one as such. Who knows where, what, I will be doing in 1 week let Alone year by year. I would check with a Legal adviser or show them a copy of your lease for validity.
There arnt any homes for rent. Owners must occupy the home
There are manufactured homes here as new as 2017 that are for sale Most are 2&3 bedrooms all have some small yards easy to maintain . No garages. Carports and concrete driveways for all.
.you can buy, but no rentals. I was 55 when I bought a place here . Any more ?don't hesitate to contact maps. When I moved in, I kept hearing from older ladies "He looks so young ". Well check me out in 10yrs, if your still alive! I hope you are financially able to make rent increasing by 4% each year That's something the manager didn't tell me. I may be on the street come first of the year MY place may be be for sale @ a good price .
Space rent is starting at $35 and up depending on the length of your rv cant beat those prices
This is a quiet senior center. Motorcycles are discouraged.

There aren't long term living spaces, but if you live in a mobile, you can rent a space for your RV.
