.you can buy, but no rentals. I was 55 when I bought a place here . Any more ?don't hesitate to contact maps. When I moved in, I kept hearing from older ladies "He looks so young ". Well check me out in 10yrs, if your still alive! I hope you are financially able to make rent increasing by 4% each year That's something the manager didn't tell me. I may be on the street come first of the year MY place may be be for sale @ a good price .
Ok. Thanks. It could still be possible for me to buy.
As long as you are at least 55 years of age you do qualify and could have a second resident occupying the space as young as 45 yrs old.. two years later new manager, controlling female plenty of homes for saleand she seems to cater to under aged homeless staying in there cars with stolen registration that are expired and lets them dig through the dumpster sorting out your garbage to put on social media for resale. Breaking the biggest rule of them all should have her terminated and making up her pwn rules as she goes applying them to some and not to othersand they are not listed in the law of the land. Shes running a preschool as the residents are older than she and expects an 80 yr old lady to do the job of her grounds keepers that you will never see supposinly three of them and the place is deteriorating quickly as they are dismantling the habitate for the wildlife and usingthis land for her own vacation resort as she pays nothing to be here with her priority s all jacked up .
