Ohio State does have a hockey team. They play at their own facility just up the street (about 3 to 5 miles). It is called The Schottenstein Arena.
Ohio State has played here before when they played Michigan. But they dont usually play here, the Columbus Blue Jackets do.
The Blue Jackets play here. Just saw the women's NCAA games here. Don't know if OSU has ever been a part of that.
When OSU hosts a NCAA post-season basketball tournament (such as Womens Final Four), OSU does play at least one game at Nationwide Arena, per NCAA rules. OSU always hosts the tournaments at Nationwide Arena because of its location close to major hotels and their regular home (Value City Arena) hosts three weeks of state high school tournaments in March. The high school hockey tournaments are at Nationwide Arena in March. OSU men's hockey plays at Value City Arena on campus.
Ohio state hockey I think is played at the Schottenstein Center. The is is site for Columbus Blue Jackets profession NHL hockey.
No ohio state does not really ever play there. Nationwide is the home of the columbus blue jackets pro team if thats what your asking
