Easiest way is just to call. They will ask you to go over all the pieces you want moved, then they tell you approximately how long and how much it will be based on what items you have. The quote is free.

I used them last October and the two men were great. They were careful and polite. My brother used a cheaper mover and they broke his desk and left gouges in walls. You get what you pay for.
