They will help you but the xanax has to be out of your system before they can give you medicine. Xanax can react badly when mixed with methadone or suboxone so they are not allowed by law to dose you until it is out of your system

They will kick you out very quickly if you get benzo dirties. Heroin and cocaine they are more willing to deal with for a while, but benzos and alcohol will get you a quick exit from the program because they can kill you in combination with any opioid, (including methadone)

If you are a new patient they will dose you if it's still in your system just as long as its been a few days since taken last benzo but they will start you at a lower than normal dose like they did me a year ago when I started.
