All of our animals are raised by small family farms. They are fed Non-GMO feed rations, antibiotic and hormone free and on pasture. We do carry pepperoni, but we don't make it.
When I went, I asked for USDA Prime NY Strip and they said they don't have a grading system for their meats because everything comes from local farmers. It was still pretty good and the marbling was between a choice and a prime grade steak. They have lots of sausage options but I don't remember if they had pepperoni. I'm sure you can give them a call and ask for more info!
