The total loss claim department took 2 mos to finally give me money for my SUV that was totalled in early Nov when I was hit & had to be cut out of my SUV- taken by ambulance to hospital for trauma. I am still calling them re: medical claims AND THEY CHARGED ME THE DEDUCTIBLE & I'M TRYING TO GET THAT MONEY BACK SINCE I WAS NOT AT FAULT.
