Great physician-only office. We loved Dr. Flanigan. We also saw some other physicians for sick visits and they were great! I know my kiddos were in excellent hands. I wish we could still use this clinic but unfortunately moved out of state.

The wait time is just crazy. We have been sitting in an office for over an hour. I wish they didn’t bring us back an hour ago. The assistant told us an hour ago she is right next store and will be in... I think we were forgotten. Might still be here tomorrow. Just poor scheduling.

Great Doctors. Some of the best I've ever dealt with, and the nursing staff is wonderful as well... The office staff need work. Constantly rescheduling appointments. Bumped my 4mo old's appointment due to a scheduling change, was told next available appointment was five months out. I had to ask if anything could be done to improve that before being told I could request a schedule change. At least they're good at handling a frustrated parent, which I'd expect given how often they make scheduling mistakes.

Absolutely love Dr. Mao and the entire nursing staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional. We are always seen right away and they make room in the hospital whenever my son or I need to get in. I haven't had an issue with parking or wait times. The office is very clean. I highly recommend!

Yes there is always a doctor on call after hours, just call the 293-7980 number and the answering service will page them.
