Purchased a new refrigerator from Lowes and paid for the removal of the old refrigerator. Upon the arrival of Lowes delivery, the two guys tell me they cannot remove the old refrigerator because it is too big for them. The delivery guys said they had no idea of the size of the refrigerator. It is not that big. 2 feet deep, 3 feet wide, 6 feet tall. I was able to move it around myself, but they would not take it even though I paid for the removal of it. I also gave the dimensions of the old refrigerator to the saleswoman in the store so she can coordinate with the delivery guys like she said she would. The level of incompetence and laziness that Lowes has displayed is unbelievable. I will not be making any major purchases from Lowes again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I recently stripped some kitchen cabinet doors and drawers due to years of wear and tear. I almost gave up on this project as I could not match up the stain color. I have done refinishing before. Today I went to Lowes and the lady in the paint department Leslie, took the time and made a perfect match for me! She really invested some time getting it right and I cannot thank her enough for this. I tried mixing stains myself but could not do it. I almost gave up on the project and thought about just trying to buy new drawers and doors. I am so appreciative of Leslie's efforts she saved me thousands of dollars. She had a real can do attitude which is really rare nowadays! Thank you Leslie!!!! I hope Lowes realizes how valuable this lady is!

Leslie “The Paint Lady” is a super star!! What a fantastic lady! I was not in the store for 2 minutes and Leslie saw that I was lost. She came right up to me and asked if I needed help. Not only did she personally take me to the isle where they keep Raid and bug killers, but she went through the products with me and helped me pick the right one for my situation. Someone get this wonderful lady a raise!!

Nice store, I'm not familiar with store layout and had a little bit of walking around to find someone. But when I did the gentleman helped me to find what I needed. On a side note I wish they carried Milwaukee...
