Yes. All the Auto Title locations in Franklin County are going by appointments only. Go to (Franklincountyautotitle.com/schedule) to make an appointment. Once you summit your appointment they will send you a separate email labeled Franklin County Court. There is a online check in button towards the bottom you need to hit 15mins before your scheduled time.
