Why does it take 1 1/2 hours of waiting to get cold food? Our party of 6 waited that long only to get cold dinners. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I asked for a medium well cooked steak. Got to me pink. Sent it back. Came back about out the same. Didn't waste my time sending it back a second time. Steaks had no seasoning either. Pretty overall disappointment.

Happened to us as well but our food wasnt cold. The wait time was ridiculous though.
