Rachel was my server and she was definitely on her job she was showing awesome customer service skills an I appreciated her attentiveness even though she had a bunch of others to take care of. She made sure our food was made just like we asked an that was important to us because when we order steak it's never cooked correctly so we were blessed to have an awesome cook that evening as well. An the manager Michael was phenomenal. I will be back soon.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our night. The food was very very good, as expected, but what made the difference tonight was the service. From the moment we walked in the door everybody was very welcoming and polite. Our waiter, Ryan, was the man. You will definitely be in for a treat if he is your server. He was a joy to speak to, and always on top of things. He only made the experience better, to the point I felt compelled to speak to the manager afterwards to let him know he had a good one in Ryan. We were very much so impressed with this Outback location. Thank you to Ryan and the whole team for making a great date night for my wife and I! The world needs more kind hearted people, it was truly a breath of fresh air dining there tonight! Everybody was treated like gold. Thanks again.

My husband and I just love Outback Steakhouse in Macedonia , Ohio! Their food is cook perfectly to your tastes , the restaurant is clean and inviting! I have to mention how attentive the staff is also! Michelle, our waitress, is fantastic! She can juggle multiple orders and get them all out, hot and just as ordered! We actually look for her whenever we go! Highly recommended this Outback !

Hubby and I had a great time. We sat at the bar and the tenders were awesome. Drinks were slightly high but we had a great time.
