The smaller groups get a little more time because there aren't so many people to clog up each room. And if you have someone that climb up or down the stairs they have to stay down stairs for half of the tour but they give them a tablet to watch the tour with head phones
It is guided tour depending on the size of your group it should take about 2 hours at the end you can look through the gift shop. I highly suggest going during alow hours so your group is not so big otherwise it will be rather crowded , still worth it but i would have liked to stay in a few rooms longer but couldn't due to the size of our group ( i got stuck at the end in some rooms).
Give yourself upwards of 2 hours. Tour 1 & 1/2 hours. Browsing after, 1/2 hour.
