Are they accommodating to the disabled community? I have a seizure detection dog for my epilepsy. Are there any flashing lights in any rooms? Also is the building wheelchair accessible?

I have epilepsy & was worried about the flashing lights, but it's barely noticeable

There is minimal flashing lights in a couple of the rooms and I did not notice any ramps for wheelchairs. There are stairs and the hallways are on the narrow side. I would say no to wheelchair access but call to double check.
