You sign in and make sure you bring your ID because they won't let you sign in without it. I take my daughters stuff over there and I'll bring 3 or 4 boxes full everytime and they usually buy $35-40 worth of stuff.
When you go there. you sign in and leave your stuff that you're trying to sell with them. If they are not busy. You can wait while they sort through what they want. If they are busy they will tell you they will call or text you. Sometimes the wait is a few hours. Just make sure everything is washed and/or wiped down. It has to look new. I hope I helped
Call or look on the website to find out specifics. When you bring it in they will take it and give you a ticket. Then you leave they evaluate what they can take and what they will give you for it. When they notify you it's ready, go back in WITH YOUR TICKET, and the transaction will be finalized.
