There was a 4 hour special episode of Ghost Adventures last Halloween that took place in the museum. A quick Google search should pull up videos for you.
The objects in the museum have energy attached to them, and I think they are more haunted then the actual house. The employees do explain that the house itself has some history and people think it's haunted too. If you want to know more about that stuff inside the museum, watch the show, "Deadly Possessions," and the movie "Demon House."
Our tour literally had a bunch of people get dizzy after seeing the Dybbuk Box - one of them also fainted. Place is haunted as heck
The objects moreso than the building is haunted/has energy attached to it. They do have equipment on two of the items so I you can see and/or experience for yourself otherwise no photography or video is allowed in the building after the ticket room.
