We pay with are taxes to this people, but they think we don’t have any right to ask anything. That people have to taking a professional customer service class.
And why do they've people just standing around, just socializing from windows to cubicles, They should be sitting in empty windows working to get these people out, and where the Supervisor, this place is Unprofessional, they to overhaul this place, Immediately, you could be first one when it open @8.Am you still won't get out of there until 9:45 Am if you're lucky, They've people come in and don't get number they just go to the one they know,
I called and a lady answered and when I asked my question she put me on hold without saying anything So I called back and now the phone is off everytime I call. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
Totally agree, they have 25 booth in the veterans boulevard locations and you never ever watch more than 7 booths working at the same time, and only to ask a question you are to make a long line, that's not right some body needs to do something about it.I understand that you have to wait some time, 2 or 3 ( 3 being a lot) but the last time I got in at 10:00 o'clock in the morning and I left a 3:30 without fix the problem I went there for that's insane.
