I've never tried to swim laps there but I dont see why you couldn't if it's not busy. Just dont make plans to practice your cannon ball or your diving. No jumping. Pool bouncers will get you! 😉

Absolutely yes. There is a cover to go into the pool area however. They also have a hot tub and sauna.
