Campground host here... Yes, Lakeside is a ride-in/ride-out campground. Please note the speed limit in the campground is 5mph. Not for safety, but because the campground is not paved and riding in and out of the campground kicks up a lot of dust, which can spoil (or save) a dinner. There is easy access to the Prosser Hill OHV staging area, and the majority of area trails are fire road, so they are suitable for everything from dirtbikes to rock crawlers.

Last time i was there there was a family with atv's and they were hitting fire roads straight from the campsite with rangers around, so im pretty sure it's allowed.
