I think if it keep raining their no chance of the park opening . at that time but who know call the campground ask if they are open .

Probably will not be safe to do ,,!! It really takes a while for the water to go down, I camp there alot 🤔
The water is down now so as long as it don't rain hard you should be okay enjoy you stay
