Im a paranormal investigator I'm just starting but I have a question or questions first one is should i take my own equipment or do they provide you with equipment and also can i record in the place or no

Dude you can't bring anything, cell phones are required to be powered down. Backpacks are checked at the door.

I do think they are doing after hour flashlight tours for a limited time and I do believe you can take some of your equipment or borrow equipment for that particular tour.

No equipment or pictures or recordings

No you can't bring any equipment and they tell you to completely turn off your phone which means you can't record either
