Hello, to me it wasn't scary but very interesting, I learned a lot, They have a Flash light tour, where they turn out the lights & you get to use Real Ghost hunting equipment & you get to use the whole museum, I'm going to Try that next time we go, WeJust took the Standard tour for $48.00 each person & Definitely Enjoyed the whole experience.. My Girlfriend felt a Strong Energy in the Devil's Staircase & couldn't wait to get out, It was entertaining... You Definitely Need to go for yourself.. I Loved it !!! & I'm not easy to Please...
I have done all 3 tours, Normal, RIP, and flashlight tour. You need to do a Normal or RIP before you do the flashlight tour so you know the history of everything. I will definitely be going again , it is intriguing. The flashlight tour was definitely my favorite but we did experience something that really did scare us. The staff has always been great and I cant wait to go again

You have to have an open mind and try to understand were the objects are coming from and the meaning of each object. It's more informative then scary. You will see items and you are familiar with if you followed his series. Other than that I wish I wasn't rushed through the tour to get a better concept of the items.. If you are truly a fan, I would upgrade. You will leave with a T-shirt and a lander as well as view additional rooms that are not offered to the regular Visitors.. The different than the regular price is worth you walk away with souvenirs. I hope this helps you..
It is not so much scary as it is creepy in the fact that everything is the same artifacts from original time however if you go I recommend that you be prepared the staff is quite speedy and will rush you from room to room a n d do not get your hopes up to meet zak he rarely shows up
It's scary in a sense that everything is real and you do feel different energies in rooms but not pop up scary, maybe one or two little pop ups but nothing major.
There were a couple spots but I enjoyed it. Depends on what you find scary...
Honestly, it depends on the person. Personally, I was intrigued. However, one lady in the group was affected on an emotional-level. It's entertaining!
You'll have to go and find out for yourself! Definitely worth it, I will say that!
