We've alwats had good service. Sounds like a miscommunication or someone was having an off-day.
No...service has always been good for me.
Service was good when I was there. Probably a miscommunication between staff or one person who wasn't doing their job.
We have had good service so far and have only dined at dinner so haven't used the buffet.
Yeah, if anything, I've always had them be too attentive. I was with a friend, and I had half the wait staff swing by to chat.
I also had a similar experience. My guess is one bad egg.
My first couple times eating there the service was great.. then I seemed to get someone who didn't like their job much. I said something out loud and not sure if the waitress heard me or not but it turned around towards the end of the meal.
Try the buffet next time. It's always good.
I've never had a bad experience with their service staff, so I'd assume it was just a specific waitress.
