You can park at the recreation center and enter the paved trails at the front or you can park down by the lake and enter the trails at the front of the parking lot, opposite the entrance.
There is a map once you get to the parking area. The trailhead is the right as soon as you pull in the lot. There is a paved trail about 3 miles and many different dirt biking and walking trails off the main drag. The map shows where you can walk and bike, some trails are dirt bikes only.
