Personal preference program...ppp. you become pca aka hha for a special needs child or elderly dependent. Takes 2 to 6 months to get approved. Patient must be on Medicaid or medicare.

There is an elder care branch of social services. But you need to lookinto it for yourself...

I'm sure there's some kind of program but don't know who it's thru, would depend on the circumstances also, medical conditions etc
