No. It's a free clinic for those who don't have insurance. You have to complete an application, provide proof of employment via pay stubs, or unemployment. You also must provide a copy of the previous years income tax return (if you have filed), provide a medicaid denial letter, and also pay $10.00 enrollment fee. Once you complete the application, bring it up to the clinic with a copy of your SS card and a form of ID. They will in turn make an appointment for you to bring the rest of the documents. Once approved, they will make an appointment for you to see the doctor, you will be given an appointment card, your yellow Clinic enrollment card and a lab form to have your lab work completed BEFORE your appointment. You MUST ALWAYS have your yellow enrollment card for your appointments and to pick up prescriptions. I hope this has been helpful.✌️

I will add that by following the Steps laid out or by calling the Community Free Clinic, They will help you complete the process. This is a Excellent Program for Any Adult with No Insurance, Medical Problems without Insurance, and Even Seniors who have little Insurance Medical Problems who have Some or little Income. Please Don't Feel You Have No Where To Go, Because That's What This Program Is All About.
