Go VOLS
I waited for 2hrs and 15 mins just so a man could come in, sign in and be taken back within 5 mins. This place is TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. Do not come here if you expect fair care.
Be You
Worst care ever. Called about an issue and twice on two different occasions the staff stated they would handle it in the office. We made a trip to the office and they would not treat the issue. The doctor came in and would not allow a word in and stated the obvious. We came in and told her exactly what she diagnosed. We were charged for this visit and not sure why. They did absolutely nothing but lie about being able to treat the ailment just to get our money. This place is a money pit and total waste of time.

Came in when my wife cut her finger on a mandolin. Not serious enough to warrant going to the ER, but needed more attention than what we could do at home. They wouldn't even look at it and told us we should just go to the ER. It was about an hour from closing and I'm guessing they just didn't want to deal with us. Ended up not even needing stitches and I feel like it could have easily been handled in that office. If you can help it, don't bother with these jokers. Literally have never been turned away by a Dr. before. First and last experience with atrium.
