Call the main number, ask to be transferred to scheduling. Give the scheduler your tracking ID number, and tell them you need to schedule pick up. Depending on how accessible your package is, they may not have an immediate answer, and may tell you that they will update your tracking number once they confirm the date /time that they will have your package pulled. Be prepared to sign for your package.
