give davidson a break, he just found out his wife is sleeping with 2 midgets and a german shepard.

Steve long, it was NOT private property, it was a public road. It was NOT 2am, it was 10pm. Suspicious behavior is NOT a crime and does NOT give police authority to demand your I.D. under threat of arrest. Any other "common sense" you'd like to share???
Because wandering around private property at 2 am is suspicious behavior to anyone with common sense.
That's violating his rights, cops took an oath to uphold people rights,. Cop did not receive a complaint call. Why didn't cop interview property owner then. Bs conduct.
Give him a break. He needs to see your liscense to see how you got there and to see who you are and stuff. This cop, ONCE AGAIN, was just doing his job!
