Purchased a grill yesterday, the floor model. Employees didn't lift a finger to help. Had to disassemble and take out of the store all by ourselves. Very rude employee laughed at us when the top of the grill fell off on to the floor.

Stay away from there appliances sold me a washer and dryer both got delivered all dented up and the dryer completely damaged since I was remodeling my house I didn't realize until I unwrapped them one week after delivery so now I'm stuck paying for something that I can't even use not fair for customers specially when you spend a lot of money in this store there customer service is horrible they will give you the run around just not to replace something that came damaged from the beginning !
