Why do some people have to order from a computer band others don't

I work here, you dont have to use the kiosk . Just tell them you dont want to.

They offer a kiosk for ordering and paying without standing in line. Maybe a good idea if they're busy and you have a simpler order however, i prefer to order from a human to ensure order accuracy.
