You can dine in or take out. Food seems to be served in Styrofoam containers for dine in. The shrimp in my order were very tuff. The rest was not the best I have had but was good.

Subgum chow mein IS NOT NOODLES. They just give you celery and steamed chicken. . I dont understand the lady and always ends up making me spend more on stuff she confuses me on. I always end up throwing stuff i dont like away, she got me now with the steamed chicken "chow mein" ....

We went on the recommendation of Trip Advisor driving through The Dalles. We had to order take out, but got to eat it at a table. Very disappointed with the food. Mine was dry and bland tasting nothing like Chinese food, and my spouse has crusty deep fried chicken pieces. We wanted hot tea, but the waitress was told that for just the two of us they wouldn't brew any, so we had nothing to drink unless we wanted to buy bottled water or bottled beer. Don't care to ever go back.

Really hit the spot! No. 2 lunch special came with LOTS of good american-chinese food. I was super hungry, and everything tasted good. Additionally, they have taken many good steps in reducing contact during the COVID pandemic: full plexiglass barrier for take-out, no-contact card payment, and they will call you when your food is ready. Only took about 15 minutes!!
