From what I understand the only reason there r portable bathrooms is for the pop up homeless camp during covid. So for a mom and young child barley 4 she has to hold it or we leave or ... tbanx Ted Wheeler would love to watch him wet himself.

Yes porta potties are for everyone even the homeless. I mean you can take away all the bathrooms if you like but as it is a necessity to go I think having a place for everyone to go inside is much smarter and cleaner then the alternative.... Homeless or housed we all poop...... I was in this bathroom just the other day by the way. I know they lock them up each night but that's why the ports are there. Not sure who told you it is cause of the homeless but the new red ones in populated areas are a new way to help those on the streets. If you got rid of the homeless that door would still be locked at night and the green port would still be there.

I'm not sure why you would think only homeless people can use the portable bathrooms. It's not like there's a guard there only letting homeless people in. I use it all the time when I'm in the park. And there isn't a homeless camp in Kenton Park. Just use the portapotty if you need to. No need to complain about it on google.

Cold weather warning danger of freezing pipes. Normally they are open. When they close the main bathrooms they are kind enough to provide Porta potties for relief without desicrating the place.

So my statement is on here because when COVID HIT the bathrooms are locked with a porta pottie . Before covid NO PORTA potties and in winter bathrooms r locked. It Wasnt like this before about 3 or more years ago. So yes iam complaing when Ted Wheeler promised more bathrooms in Portland a couple years ago. A toddler can only hold it so long when THERES 1 PORTA POTTY. I also never said there was a homeless camp in kenton park fyi.
