Westbound construction from ferry to the parking garage can make the trip there difficult.
There is a bike lane. No hills. I do the ride all the time.
Bikes are for wankers. The route along richmond terrace is one of the windiest coldest spots on the island. And the construction doesnt help. Take a bus or drive. Dont be one of those people who think bike riding is for anyone older than 12.
There's construction going on too which makes it more difficult
It's doable. Not great, but about as good as you might expect in NYC.
