Came and installed straight stairlift in a pinch the day my mother was discharged from hospital - we paid $2800. Only used 3 times. 15 days later my mother passed away and they refuse to take it back. Offered me $250. Trying to sell it but not having much luck. Thanks so much. Really appreciate the aggravation.

Recently, two men from the Sansbury Medical company came to install a mechanical retracting chair for a relative of mine. The men were very nice and understanding with us, the customers, which I liked. And most importantly, they got the job done right. Another thing I liked were there professional uniforms.

I broke my ankle recently and was looking for alternatives to crutches. I called ahead and the clerk had already pulled 2 scooters and a walker for me to test out. They have knee scooter and walker rental options that were convenient and affordable. Unfortunately the scooter/walker didn’t work out for me bc I commute on public transit. However, he helped me find cushions for my crutches and a sealable bag for my cast. The clerk was super friendly, helpful, and has great taste in music! I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of medical equipment
