No as the only Licensens in NC is a Contractors Licensens which you need at least 4 years as a JW to take. Our Apprentices when graduated are recognized on the US and Canada as a Journeyman Wireman in any Local Union.
You receive your Journeyman Wireman license once you top out after 4 years of the program.
